I was born in Salisbury and I live in Woodcutts.
I am studying for a Masters in Engineering (MEng) at the University of Sheffield. My course in the department of Automatic Control & Systems Engineering is actually called Mechatronic and Robotic Engineering. I have been awarded a Diamond Jubilee scholarship from the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
Before going to University I completed a Year In Industry working at Invensys Controls in Plymouth.

My Hobbies include:

  • Scouting - I attended 1st Woodcutts as a Cub, Scout and Explorer and worked as young leader. In Plymouth I worked as Leader in the newly formed 52nd Plymouth Piety Cub Pack.
  • Skiing - I have skied the Swiss Wall in the Portes du Soleil ski area: it's not red, it's not black, it's orange!

In 2011 I went to India on an expedition with True Adventure. This was the route that we took.
In 2013 I took a holiday in Cuba with my friend Joe. We completed a scuba diving course and visited Havana, Santa Clara and Cienfuegos.
